The hotel is walking distance to many famous landmarks and the starting point for the Hop on Hop off Bus. Although the room was small, for a city location it was quiet. The bed was very comfortable.

Perfect position, lovely helpful staff, comfortable beds and facilities. We stayed in the Gaudi suit and the only thing i can suggest is an adjustable shower head to adjust the height as it was so low I had to sit in the seat to wash my hair and was very annoying. I am only 167cm and up to my check only. If you fix that I would give you a 10 but a shower is very important you use it daily so I can only give a 8/10. I will not return unless this is updated. We are returning to Spain in more times in the next 12 months. Thank you.

Great location but very noisy hotel. Something went on at 3am one morning sounded like a door being hammered or broken into. The way some of the rooms are positioned and the walls are very thin so you can hear talking/tv etc from rooms nearby. Staff were very nice and breakfast was good too.

My family had a difficult start to our week-long trip to Spain. We were traveling with two little ones (5yo & 1.5yo), luggage did not make the transfer, etc. When checking in, I find out that I incorrectly started our reservation a day before we arrived. The front desk informed me that I lost my reservation and we waited for 20 minutes in the lobby to find out "what was possible". We had booked one of the apartment rooms to accommodate 3 adults and 2 children, and I had planned both work and personal itineraries around this location -- I was in town for a work convention and my family had come along. That 20 min wait was grueling (complete with mom breakdown and crying children) and it did require a couple days to properly sort out the situation; however, I want to write a glowing review for H10 Catalunya Plaza because the front desk team was able to locate a replacement room (not an apartment, but was able to comfortable squeeze in the whole family) for the first 2 days of our stay. Then, they proactively moved us back into our original apartment booking for the remaining 4 days of our stay. The staff would proactively check in on us to see how we were doing and were incredibly kind and accommodating to my children. In the end, my family and myself -- made the best of our smaller room (which had a beautiful patio the kids enjoyed greatly), were stunned at the beauty and history of our apartment when we moved up there, and deeply enjoyed the daily breakfast, which became a favorite memory for the adults and kids alike. Self-described by my 5yo as a home away from home by the end -- I would not have thought that possible based on the start, but the H10 Cataluyna Plaza showed us incredible hospitality and I would highly recommend the hotel to those looking to enjoy Barcelona, especially families.

This centrally located hotel can not be beat. You are steps away from all the sightseeing and transportation to take you all over the city. The front reception, Ivan went out of his way to make our accommodations the absolute very best. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable beds. I loved this hotel so much I'm planning on another vacation with girlfriends and will definitely be staying at this hotel again.
